House rules
- Reservation is confirmed by paying an advance in the amount of 30% of the total price of accomodation within 3 days of the reservation.
- After the expiration of the deadline for paying of the advance, if the advance is not paid, the reservation is deleted.
- By paying the advance according to the submitted offer within the set deadline, the reservation is confirmed.
- The remaining amount of the accommodation price is payable in cash immediately upon arrival and check-in.
- If the guest refuses to pay the remaining amount of the accommodation price immediately upon arrival, the owner can deny the stay to the guest without the right to a refund of the paid advance.
- Immediately upon arrival, the guest is obliged to provide the owner with the personal documents of all users of the accommodation unit for registration in the e-visitor system, with the payment of the remaining amount of the accommodation price.

- In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation at any time after the advance payment and for any reason, the advance payment for confirming the reservation represents a cancellation fee to the lessor for the cancelled reservation and will not be refunded.

- The accommodation unit is available on the day of arrival from 14.00 to 22.00 hours and is left on the day of departure no later than 10.00 am.
- Prior to arrival, guests will be notified when approximately the accommodation unit will be ready on the day of arrival, if an earlier check-in of the usual time is possible.
- It is not desirable to arrive at the house before the announced time of possible check-in.
- In case of non-compliance with the maximum allowed time for check-out, the lessor has the right to charge the price of one day of stay from the guest without the possibility of staying in the accommodation for another day.
- Check-out is possible from 08:00-10:00 Hrs.
- For each check-out earlier than that time, the guest is obliged to agree with the owner the method of check-out and inspection of the accommodation unit.
- The guest is obliged to announce the planned departure time to the owner the day before departure.

- During the stay, no noise is allowed in the apartment, on the staircase or the environment of the house, for the sake of order and peace of other guests in the house.
- Parents are obliged to take care that the children in the apartment do not jump, run around the apartment, do not bang the door, shout or make any other noise in the accommodation unit, staircase or the environment of the house, which would disturb the stay of other guests in the house.
- If the guests ignore the owner’s warning for peacekeeping, the owner may ask the guest to leave the facility without the right to a refund of the unused paid stay.

- Air conditioning must be turned off if there is no one in the apartment and every time you leave the apartment, for security reasons.
- Any relocation or rearranging of furniture in the accommodation unit is strictly prohibited.

- Towel change is possible at the guest’s request every 3 days, and for stays longer than 7 days change of bed linen in the apartment is possible in agreement with the guest.

- Only guests registered in particular accommodation unit, no one else, can explicitly stay in that accommodation unit.
- Any stay or visits to the accommodation units of guests of other accommodation units, as well as any visits of other persons to the accommodation units or the environment of the house is strictly prohibited.

- Guests of the house are obliged to leave the accommodation unit in the proper condition in which they found it on arrival.
- In the case of an extremely messy left accommodation unit, the owner of the facility has the right to charge a fee of 50 € from the guest for the necessary additional cleaning.
- Guests of the house are obliged to report to the owner any damage caused in the accommodation unit, as well as compensate for any damage that would occur by using the accommodation unit, according to the assessment of the damage by the owner.

- Guests of accommodation units that have a smart room system with the use of cards, use only one card.
- Cards should not be held together with a mobile device.
- In case of loss or damage to the card, guests of the accommodation unit are obliged to report it to the owner immediately.
- Programming a new card is charged separately.

- Guests of the accommodation units are obliged to act according to the owner’s instructions, especially regarding weather conditions.
- In case of failure to act on the owner’s instructions regarding the weather and the occurrence of damage, the guests of the accommodation unit from which the damage occurred are obliged to bear it themselves.

- For any non-compliance with the house rules, and after the warning of the owner, the owner may ask the guest to immediately leave the accommodation unit, without the right to compensation for unused paid stay.

- In the event of any damage caused by the guest, which the guest refuses to settle, legal action will be taken to charge it.
