This newly renovated, air conditioned, 59 sq m apartment on the first floor sleeps up to 3 adults + 2 children.

It features a bedroom with a queen size bed and a single sofa, a shower bathroom, fully furnished kitchen, including dishes and cutlery, dining area and a living room area that has a hidden pull-out double bed.

The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner electric range, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster and a microwave oven.

The balcony (approximately 15 sq m), furnished with patio furniture, faces the courtyard, and has a partial view of the sea.

Satellite LCD TV, wireless internet connection and a safe are provided free of charge.

Guests are welcome to use the outdoor grill upon confirming availability with the owner.

There is a modern and well equipped gym for the house guests only and is charged extra.

Guest-only gated parking is available in the courtyard.
