Less than 200 meters from the beach, in Selce, a beautiful suburb of the City of Crikvenica, your summer vacation home-away-from-home is ready for you.
The “Villa Petra” family house offers numerous apartment choices.
It is located on one of the quiet streets of Selce and it is very easy to find. All you need to do is take the exit off of the main coastal highway, about 300 m straight down towards the sea.
A short, five-minute walk from the house will take you to the center of Selce where you will find shops, supermarket, post office, ATM, pharmacy, bank, tourist information center, restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream shops, souvenir shop, and a harbor.
The closest restaurant is only 100 meters away, smaller shop about 50 m from the house. A small infirmary is also very close to the house while downtown Crikvenica also houses an urgent care center and a tourist infirmary.
The downtown center of Crikvenica is about 3 kilometers away. You can reach it via the walking trail that follows the coastline, you can bike, or take a minibus that operate multiple times every day.
The closest beach, only 200 meters from the house, is also a home of the local diving center that offers many related amenities.
The closest beaches are made of gravel, rock, or concrete. There are beach chairs and sun umbrellas for rent, children’s beach city/play area, aqua gun, numerous coffee shops and restaurants, and the entry is free of charge.
If you prefer a white sandy beach, there are “TUNAR” or “POLI MORA” distanced only 3-4 minutes walking from the house.
Check-in is after 14,00 Hrs on the day of arrival, check-out till 10,00 O’clock on the day of departure.
Pets are not allowed.
We do not accept group reservations for staying in several apartments at the same time!
